Members from Team Suwannee traveled to Washington, DC last week to meet with our Congressional Representatives. With the support of our lobbyists, who helped coordinate and joined us for these meetings, we were able to meet with Senator Scott’s staff, Senator Moody’s staff, and Representative Cammack’s staff to discuss funding opportunities for Suwannee County.

We also had the opportunity to meet with various committees, ensuring that they are aware of Suwannee County’s priorities. We are grateful for the time and attention that was given to our community. We look forward to continuing to nurture these relationships and serve the residents of Suwannee County.
